cant see my quests

when i open my quest journal, none of my quests show my journal is now full and i cant delete any of the quests because they dont show

how can i fix this ?

Are you using any kind of Custom UI that may be broken? Have you ever been able to find your quests in your Journal? Are you looking in the Quests tab of the quests journal and it is just blank? Have you opened any of the sub-headings that the quests sit under?

How about taking a screen-shot of your quest Journal so we can look at it and try to help?
