This is what they still have to develop, they will probable copy as much they can from TSW, to get the code as equal as possible in both games.

I Assume they will use the playfield access UI and add another tab where you can que for dungeons and raids.

I believe this is still in development. However, to my understanding, as Civilix said they will probably mimic a lot of TSW code and apply that to AOC. I would imagine a queue system for dungeons and raids would be available as well, perhaps not immediately, but very soon after. It will probably be similar to what wow and rift have. Just my thoughts.
