Iron Tower - How long till it resets?

Iron Tower reset time is either 5 minutes after everyone left the instance, or the lockout timer (if thats longer than 5 minutes). After that you can:
log an alt,
start group with it,
enter first,
let everyone else enter,
pass the lead and log back to your original char.

If anyone goes back to the building during "reset 5 mins" the timer starts again when he is out.
