Whats going to happen with 39 and 59 mini bracket with unchained thing comming. We all still gonna be scaled up to 80 with same gear lvl?

I guess they will still exist but how much will be played that is another question.
I mean why would you play lowbie minis when you can have fun at 80, and no excuses about gear or aa this time
