Banned?

Mods...can someone PLEASE do a relative vet a favor and get a hold of CS for me? My game account has been "character banned" since after I changed my cc information (i was able to login and play the same night I changed the info) but no longer. I've submitted a ticket but haven't heard anything back.

Thanks in advance if there's anything you can do aside from locking the thread...=-D
