Crafting: A new game barrier ?

I think a good compensation for the collector of recipes is giving a %bonus when choosing the skin. For example: I want a protection bonus for my new crafted shield so I use the Deflector skin on it.

I think FC has delivered already more than enough of reasons to quit game. No need for excuses.
