Chat channels dissapear

Hi

When playing, every now and then my public channels disappear.
That means I'm no longer subscribed to group, raid, global and other channels, and can't see them in the subscribe channels list.
At the same time, I can't even send tells, get group/guild invites and talk on 'say'.
To fix it I need to go back to the character selection list and log back in.

Is there a command to reconnect to the chat server?

Sadly not, relogging is the only way (I know of) to reconnect to the chat server. I haven't lost chat more than a couple of times the last years tho, so check if your firewall/router is blocking something.

Thanks. Seems to be fine now that I put my PC under DMZ in my router.
