Fast exit to char select w/shield of risen

Please allow us to exit/camp to character select screen if Shield of the Risen is still on. This would make it a lot easier to go through each toon's AA time trainings, and other reasons.

Eh? When I run through all my chars to check AA there are no issues with logging off.
