Game locks up when using playfield access button

Four times today on three different toons, I tried clicking the Playfield Access button and the game froze. Each time I had to ctrl+alt+del to bring up the Windows Task Manager to close the game. The first time I found a Funcom bugreport panel showing though not the following three times. The first three times were to try to reset a dungeon to run it again, and I had to restart the game. The 4th time was just to test it once more before I logged for a break.

I've used that button many times in the past when running lower level dungeons for vanity gear and in some groups to redo a dungeon and had no problems. I'm a premium player and don't have a custom UI. Has anyone else had this happen?

I had this happen all the time. I couldn't use it at all my game would crash each time until I did a complete reinstall from Steam and now it works for me after the initial delay of using it for the first time.
