I'm afraid if you missed the last transfer you'll have to be patient and see if there is another one should servers get merged again.
It's a bit difficult to offer a transfer to one person for free due to you not playing at the time - that would be a bit unfair to anyone who was playing at the time.
But I'll be closing this as it provides no point to discuss.
