    You can sign up tournament mode even solo and if there is 12/12 the game will start. Problem is this: why join tournament solo if
    1/ no one is using it so there is no one to play with
    2/ if someone is using it (like a full group) you still need 5 more people for your team.

    Not enough people are using it because they are not encouraged to do so. Random minis are for most part "easy picking" with a good chance of victory and tokens.

    well its not, right now, you can only sign alone or with a full 6-man grp. so adding a signup like i said will allow smaler grps to sign up aswell, like someone said earlier.

    Games will only trigger if you have 2x 6man groups.

    If 12 solo players sign there won't be a game afaik. Same with 4x 3man group

    that still doesnt change the fact when they see specific players in other team they will leave/stop playing/hide so... yea.. not im mentioning myself :>

    fix poster, kd makes everyone go for kills. its garbage

    get heal rating etc, show who wins minis not the farmers.

    Yes, just get a system where every week or month we get a win/lose ratio for minis. And temporary vanity rewards for the best 10 players in each class.
    This would switch focus from k/d to winning.

    And this would also make premade tournament mode more interesting. Where you can have more control how good your team is and increase your win ratio.

    I do think the mini game rewards, XP, and options for premade need to be adjusted. the time it takes to progress in pvp in compared to any another game or even pve in this game is complete ******** and needs to be increased

    what Spunq said. Even if you give minigame win/lost=left stat visable for everyone - most of ppl wold not like to play against top teams.
    Imo the only solution is lack of rewards for characters which already won a lot. They will play but they will use their alts (when mains achieve everything) for the most of games. I am thinking about similiar token rewards for playing (not only for wining) premades.

    Instead of statistics they could develop tournament system. Every guild which would face each other 3 times a month would be included in monthly tournament guild rankings, obviously visable for everyone - just as renown rankings. Before starting a mini - you group leader would be able to decide if this mini will count as a one of 3 kept in record for tournament rankings.

    This is even more important with premades than pugs and would also hinder "fight club exploiting" because you would always encounter ranked groups.

    Call it PvP Renown - and base it on WINNING/OBJECTIVES and not PVP LEVEL.

    Add quests for premade games (on top of pug games)

    Fix queue system to avoid games not starting due to uneven number of teams/players.
    One huge challenge with premade teams is teams with less than 6 players joining. Back in the days we could wait minutes and hours because the premade groups did not match up to 2x6 players in the queue. This has to be fixed and there are several ways to improve the queue logic:
    - Ignore queue and who signed first - take the first groups that can create 2x6 man teams.
    - Offer an option to split groups if a game cannot be created but enough players have signed - start with 2-man groups. For example a popup to group leader where he can choose (and leave it open for 10-20 seconds)
    Either way, system cannot stay as it does today.
