Same here ,haven't pvped for quite a long time.I would like to get some parse numbers from you in that case .

I don't feel like taking screenshots of all of these. I'm Beastmode. I don't have an Entity parse, I've been pretty lazy with parsing the last couple weeks.

wisa there is not a single usefull fight in your post. its either magic vulnerable or it has adds and therefore splash works wonders

so..post some filtered zodiac or entity parses ^^
(also which of your builds did u use^^)

About Pact of Earthwalking vs Mystical Attunement: in the end there will be not big difference in total DPS.

I made some parse tests some time ago, and if I remember correctly pet parses around 70 DPS without PoEW, and 186 DPS with PoEW.
I was impressed how the increase is exactly +166% as PoEW feat description says (probably I should be not impressed ).

So it's a gain of 116 DPS (more or less).
This was on guild strawmans if I'm not wrong (but I don't remember exactly).

72,6 Magic Damage is more or less 5% of
my Magic Damage (around 1500 unbuffed).

It's hard to do exact calculations, since they depend on spell magic damage coefficients and a lot of other stuffs, but these numbers suggests that the gain from pet and from the +Magic Damage are very similar (116 DPS was pretty near to 5% of my DPS on strawmans).

Leaving number aparts, my true impressions is that there is not big difference among the 2 feats.

I use different specs in T4, and one use Hate Decrease from General tree, and ofc also +Magic Damage (this is my "Hate Decrease" build).

My "Max DPS" spec has PoEW (and few CCs).

Few times I forgot to switch spec in fights where normally I go for max DPS, and I was surprised to see how the build with no PoEW performed almost identical damage (or few more / few less).

In the end, I still have the idea that PoEW build is the real Max DPS build, but in the end I'm not sure how this difference really exists.

Also PET damage has no AoE (dunno if just some splash) so **probably** in multiple target fights the +Magic Damage helps more.
But again, in the end differences are small, and it's not about only Magic Damage vs extra Pet Damage: going general gives hate decrease, or some good stuff for PvP, while going PoEW, the featline adds other useful stuff to get PoEW itself.

Shocklance anyway is not good only in multiple target fights, it's a nice extra insta cast anyway (to use when it stacks 4x or 5x ofc).

But ,have to admit that for those specific fights the -hate from general works very well .

Also entity is not a good place to parse at,I've been from 900-1400 dps with my khitai mix demo depending on how many times i had to run and how often demonic payment came up while a healer was running and so on.

I never did any of those other fights on Demo.... in fact, I think I have only done 2 or 3 fights in T4 period and they were all on my hox.

Actually Demonic Aveneger and Demonic Servant do AoE damage but I don't know what radius. I'm sure it's pretty small and barley noticable. The Servnt's Seed is the worst DPS of any pets, takes like 2.5 or 3 seconds for it to cast.

That's nearly all the fights in t4. Zodiac is the only melee fight and what difference does it make? People asked me for my parses and other demos should be shooting for that range or better on their demo. No one asked so they could compare to the rest of the classes.

I assumed people would figure which build I used.

Thoth - wof no heal
Zaal - ranged
Sheng - ranged
Basilisk - ranged
Yah Chieng - ranged

I didn't post an Imp bc I don't like it. It depends if your on the debuff side or not and who lets you get the good spot on either side for the flesh eaters/lotus flowers. I didn't think about selective parsing out the lotus flowers until last raid.

I've never seen another demo at 2.6k on Thoth, but I would like to see if there is and maybe I would try my demo again.
