    Default Support Email Notice

    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in receiving email correspondence. Customers may create a support email ticket and receive a reply, however we cannot presently receive customer replies via email. We apologize greatly for this inconvenience and are working to fix it as quickly as possible.

    In the meantime, please use our Live Chat service for any account related issues and our in-game petition service for any game related issues. Please note that Live Chat hours are 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM EST / 14:00 - 02:00 GMT, 7 days a week.

    Thank you again for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue.

    Funcom

    The issue has been resolved now so our Customer Service can again receive e-mails from customers.
