There have been some issues with the tradepost and in-game mail system lately which also lead to some items not being delivered properly or being lost. These issues have been resolved and we are now sending lost items back to their owners as attachments to in-game messages. There will be one message for each lost item so it might be that you receive more than one mail. The process of sending out these mails will take a few days so please allow some time and check back frequently.
