Update 2.1

We are almost there! The final polishing tweaks, pokes and fixes of the first version in the 2.1 Update series are almost ready. We are currently nearing completion, and the plan to deploy the new content next week is still looking very good (as always pending that final testing over the weekend).

The systems folks have been very busy making further improvements and adjustments to the Guardian Class changes, through the balance and play testing on the test servers. The new improved matchmaking system for PvP mini-games has also been pushed and stretched to make sure we can try and ensure a smooth roll-out.

The latter will allow a better balancing of the teams not only in the new PvP map “The Call of Jhebbal Sag” but also all the existing mini-games as well. In addition, the last of the teething issues with increasing the team size from 6 to 12 have been ironed out. Everyone will now be able to see each other properly in the GUI, and also be able to cast buffs and spells on all the team members (Those who have been testing will know that previously this was only possible for the 6 man group a player was in).
