First of all, just because I'm defending open PVP and speaking against the fugitive system does not mean that a go around and gank greys. I don't.
You obviously don't see the problem with the fugitive system. The same people that go around ganking greys will now be going around getting people flagged so they can then gank you and take your gear/gold. Sounds fun, doesn't it. You sound like the kind of person that belongs on a PVE server. You enjoy PVP but only if and when you feel like doing it. That's NOT open PVP.
If Funcom feels that it's absolutely necessary to introduce something into the game to prevent the ganking of grays, why not just do it right? Why not simply take away the ability of players to attack one another unless they are in a defined level range of one another. Don't introduce a system into the game that can be manipulated by the players.
